Our manufacturing unit is well equipped with in-house laboratories to test raw material and packing material before they go into production and also the finished goods are tested batch wise under standard specifications.

Our Journey

Owing to the untiring efforts and three decades of experience of our promoter Mr Rakesh Ganeriwal, we have been successful in setting up our company. Mr Ganeriwal's journey dates back to the year 1980 when he started a small-scale unit for manufacturing of Ceiling Fans under the brand name PRIYA. Gradually, this became one of the best selling Ceiling Fans in the whole of Andhra Pradesh. Once, while exporting the products to western countries, our promoter felt the potential of Indian products and services abroad. Thus, he started Sampri Solutions with an aim to provide effective IT services to some of the companies based in US.

Then in the year 1990, Mr. Ganeriwal started exporting the products to international markets with the aim of becoming one of the leading manufacturers of Ceiling Fans in India. He is further assisted by Mr S. K. Ganeriwal who joined our organization as chief marketing executive. Owing to his assistance and innovative approach, we are now efficiently catering to the varied needs and demands of our esteemed clients.

Technical description of the motor blades used in our products is given below:

• Squirrel cage AC induction motor with rotating field stator - Class E insulation - spheroidal copper winding with double insulation class- I type motor-capacitor start and run
• All blades are made of special alloy 1/2 hard tempered, rolled sheet and with aerofoil design to give higher air delivery and lower power consumption

Speed Regulation

Canopy

• Minimum 50% drop of full speed at step - 1 at rated voltage with equal incremental increase
• Top and bottom canopy made out of PP, color perfectly matched with motor & blades

Regulator

Down Rod with Clamp

• Resistance type regulator with 5 - speed regulation - full rotary switch with PP top cover

Rubber Shackle

• Made out of 1/2" BSP - med. class. Painted as per motor and blade color

Finishing

• Single row - deep groove heavy duty double ball bearing greased permanently
• Rust proof spray painted covers, blades and down rod are baked in heating oven at 130 degrees for imparting scratch proof hardness and long life durability

• Complete fan motor, canopy set, regulator and blade set are packed in one big box along with carry handle
• 4 such boxes of 24" High Speed Decorative Fan are packed in 1 master carton

This type of packing are capable enough to accommodate 1836 fans in one 20' container.
