The Air Handling Units are available in Double Skin and Single Skin Construction as per Custom Size & Design. Double Skin Air Handling unit are available with or without thermal break optionally. The basic assembly consists of fan section with DIDW forward / backward curved centrifugal fan. The non-overloading design provides extremely quiet operation, high efficiency, low vibration and unbeatable reliability.

As per the requirements different sections are available like the Pre-Filter section, Fine Filter Sections, Hepa-Filter Section, Eliminator Section. Coil section with CW / DX / HW Coils & with double sandwich type of SS drain pan insulated with 25mm thick thermo Cole to prevent any type of sweating. Aluminum extruded framework with neo-prene gasket is provided for Double Skin Air Handling unit. Each section is provided with easily open able access doors. The blower & motor assembly is mounted on a common base frame on anti-vibration isolators. The unit is finished with powder coating.

The Fan Coil Units are available in Horizontal or Vertical type, Gl Construction suitable for Ceiling Suspension, complete with R.A box & 3 Ply HDPE Washable filter. The assembly consists of 3 RD chilled water coil & double sandwiched insulated tray & extended drain pan. The unit consists of double extended shaft with two/three speed motor, twin blower set, electrical terminal strip & ^3/4" FPT drain coupling. The unit is completely finished with powder coating.

All the fans are fabricated from heavy gauge materials to withstand several operating pressures The Fans are Available with Forward curved / Backward Curved Blades depending upon the application requirement. These fans are available with either DIDW option. All the fan models are available in the range from impeller Dia. 180 mm to 1000 mm.

Filters are available in two ranges. Rough filters & fine filters. Fine filters are for removal of particles down to 5 microns having an efficiency of 99.9% and rough filters for removal of particles down to 10-20 microns having an efficiency of 85% to 95%.

Media & Support:- Superior quality non oven synthetic filter media is sandwiched between HDPE/ Needle punched media pleated for extended surface area. To eliminate the possibility of dirty air bypass the media pack is securely bonded to the periphery of the enclosure frame using epoxy hardener.

Construction Features :- Pre filters are normally available only in G.I. construction. Frames are spray painted with synthetic enamel paints. If required aluminum frames can be supplied. Filters are available in any size and thickness from 25mm to 300 mm and can be used from fan coil units to Air-Handling units.

Mircovee Filters :  Micro-vee filters are designed specially for better efficiency requirement, like Pharmaceuticals, computers, nuclear, fertilizer plants, synthetic fiber industries, central AC plants and ventilation systems.

Media & Support : The media for Micro-Vee has an extended surface of high quality non-woven compressed media supported with Aluminum rod synthetic CLEANABLE type, efficiency 99% down to 5 micron.

Construction Features : This filter is constructed from one layer of Non Woven media supported with aluminum rod of and assembled in metal casing by using AL spacers for uniform distribution of air flow.
