- Custom IC avoids need of electronic components by 75%. Posesses 40 sets of mould information, time, counting number, heating parameter, mould description by 20 character name and number.
- Data locking option avoid unauthorized access and amendments.
- Mould information can be copied and deleted, which saves setting time
- In built "Hour Meter" displays operating hour for individual infrared heater, cycle time, actual production per hour, input / output status, production counter, total counter, packing counter,
it also displays day, date, month, year & time.
- Self diagnostic functions display areas of faults, reason for it and suggest solutions for the same via audio-visual indications .
- Flexible with Single / Double /4 cavity options and easily adjustable with both narrow & wide mouth Preform. Volume 50ml to 500ml. Options for use of M.S., S.S., R2 with diamond polish or hard chrome plated ensures excellent bottle finishing .
