About Us

Established in the year 1994; we, Sam Consultech, are extensively engaged in providing technical consultation to a host of industries for efficacious waste-water and effluent treatment systems and plants. We have grown to a recognizable name and position of repute in our industry under the insightful guidance of our mentor Mr. Sameer Subhashchandra Patwa. They are chemical engineer and holds 16 years of extensive experience in the field of environmental pollution control services & Projects.

Optimizing capabilities of our viable team of industry professionals, we undertake projects on turnkey basis that comprises of designing, manufacturing, erection and commissioning of the system. These professional have carried out various successful project by proficiently utilizing our infrastructural facilities that have brought us ISO 9001:2000 and ANSI/ISO/ASQ Q9001-2000.

			Our Mentor Our mentor Mr. Sameer Subhashchandra Patwa holds B.E in chemical engineering and profound experience in the field of environmental pollution control services and projects. Apart from this, following points prove his potentials: Worked as technical in-charge for three years at Accurate Analyzers Pvt Ltd, with work responsibilities of designing of complete industrial & domestic effluent treatment plants which included manufacture, erection & supply of the same all over Maharashtra Effluent analysis & air pollution monitoring as per ISO kinetic conditions, liaison work with the respective state pollution control boards, period from 1991 to 1993. Worked with Atlas Fine Chemicals Pvt Ltd as production engineer and R&D engineer for manufacture of Cumarene and Separation of valuable chemicals like sodium borate form the effluent / waste generated from manufacturing of Cumarene for a duration of five months Jan 1994 to May 1994

For fabrication, we utilize qualitative raw material such as mild steel, ss sheets, valves, pumps, motors,stirrers,agitatores,control panels, calibration equipment and many more.

Productivity & Quality Services, Nashik IEMA Approved EMS Auditing Course for ISO 14001- conducted at Jaipur by Indian Institute of Quality Management, Govt. of India We also have conducted various seminars and training campaigns as follows: Seminar on Waste Water Generation from Phosphating & Electroplating Processes, separation of rinse water and concentrated effluent sources and recycle of the treated effluent, in Crompton Greaves Ltd., MIDC, Ambad, Nashik Detail Environmental Audit data collection, data interpretation and statement preparation, in Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, Escorts Division Industrial Waste Water Treatment & Coolant Effluent Treatment Concept to know the generation source & operate the treatment system in M/s Hindustan Hardy Spicer Ltd., Ambad Awareness Training on ISO 14001-EMS Clauses to core team followed by Initial Environmental Review, Hindustan Hardy Spicer Ltd., Ambad - in July 2003.
