We are well equipped with HI-tech manufacturing facilities which have enabled us to successfully handle the involved production process. Our unit is spread over a huge area and has desirable installation capacity thus enabling us to successfully produce transmission gears and shafts, tractor spare parts, automotive hydraulic filters, for all tractors in bulk quantities. We use sophisticated machines for different processes involved in the production. The different stages of production are as follows:

Blanks: We carry out the blank operation by using auto copying turning machines, T-pilot, S-pilot and Alfed Herbert Capstan Turret Lathes. The blanks are inspected stringently and then is passed to the gear cutting section.

Gear Cutting: We have with us a fleet of sophisticated machines including Lease Brander Spline Hobbing, RH-8 Hobbing, Lorenz and Sykes Gear Shapers, Churchill and Red Ring Shaving Machine, Vertical Broaching Machine and imported Tooth Rounder Machine. The hob and gear shaper cutters are re-sharped to a great accuracy in our tool room. After this process, our junior engineers go for their 100% inspection.

H.T. and Metallurgy: Our HT and Metallurgy unit is equipped with Carburizing along with Washing, Quenching & Tempering Furnaces. Our gears and shafts are also subjected to Heat Treatment Process. Moreover, each and every piece is checked for its hardness which is maintained within 58-62 HRC range. Core hardness and micro structure is also checked for every lot.

Grinding: After heat treatment, our products are finished on internal and cylindrical grinding. The accuracy of the grinding process affects the quality of gears and shafts along with fitment during service. Therefore, for this operation, we use sophisticated machines procured from WMW and HMT. Along with these, we also have a design unit which is equipped with CAD/CAM software for producing an efficient range of Transmission Gears and Shafts.
