Usage:

Electric And Electronic Parts: Lamp holder of electronic electricity-saving lamp, case of electronic ballast, high-pressure parts of the television, exhaust fan and connector of host computer

Household Appliances: Warm air blower, hairdryer, electric oven, cool skeleton, electric switch, adapter, case of the voltage transformer, diverter in the electrical machinery and electric oven, etc.

Ingredients: Toner Carrier Colorant

Properties: The color masterbatch is produced by following procedures including mixing the toner, carrier and colorant evenly, extruding the mixture from the extruding machine and shaping the extruded product into granules. The product has stable tinting strength excellent dispersibility, environmental protection advantages, accessible storage and easier processing craft.

Scope of application: The product is designed to some products with higher requirements in color.

Instruction: Mix appropriate amount of the color , masterbatch into plastic pro rata, and the finished product will be achieved after heat treatment by some thermoforming machines..

Features: Modified PC/ABS alloy has excellent stress cracking resistance, better rigidity and toughness. Its notch impact strength is not very sensitive to its thickness and it inherits most of excellences of PC and ABS. Compared with PC, its stress resistance is greatly improved.

Applications: The product is applied to some electric connectors for cars and/or ship, cell phone case, PC case, pump impeller, electric iron, coffee pot, electric heater, baking stove etc.

Color grain: Toner Plastic Materials

Properties: The color grain material is produced by mixing the toner and the plastics materials, extruding the mixture from the extruding machine and shaping the extruded product into granules. The product features with stable tinting strength and easier processing craft in no need of any mixing machine.

Scope of application: It is designed for bulky products and products with higher requirements in color.

Instruction: It is only required to put the mixture of the toner and the plastic materials into the molding equipment.
