Floor Washing Machine: This machine is ideal for cleaning any kind of flooring, and is quite versatile.   Ultra Heavy Duty Industrial Vacuum MISTRAL: This strong, silent and professional machine is made specifically for various kinds of dusts, including very fine or toxic dusts. The large-surface star filter offers higher resistance to dust and ensures regular performance. There is an indicator that warns the user of blockages, which can be remedied by means of an external manual filter shaker.

Samvit Buildcare is involved in offering services connected with construction and housekeeping. The sub divisions of Buildcare ensure that our clients have a construction that suits their needs and budgets. •  The Construction and Project Division

Under this division, we have undertaken numerous projects of road construction, project coordination and supervision, fabrication works of structural steel and other metals, evaluation and insurance of buildings, development of land, farmhouses, planning, execution and completion of landscaping projects, sale and purchase of constructed spaces as well as vacant plots. 

We have successfully completed projects for renowned clients such as Punjab National Bank, State Bank of India, Cama Hotels, Trident Hotel and V.S. Hospital. At present we are involved in projects for the construction of a factory building at Pirana, a toll plaza at Bhat and Vaishnodevi, of the Congress Bhavan building and maintenance for the EMRC building.
