Established in the year, 1970, our company, Sandeep Industries, is engaged in the sphere of manufacturing a wide range of Malleable Cast Iron Pipe fittings that includes hydraulic pipe connectors, steel pipe unions, water pipe connectors, pipe union fittings, pipe connectors, pipe unions, pipe bends, pipe elbows and many more. We have 40 years of experience that helps us in understanding clients’ requirements and fabricating pipe fittings that meet the exact work process requirements at client’s end.
The entire range of Malleable Cast Iron Pipe fittings is fabricated at our sophisticated manufacturing unit that is equipped with latest machines. The manufacturing process is monitored by expert quality controllers who ensure that no defected pipe component goes out of the manufacturing unit. We also conduct various tests such as Chemical Testing, Elongation Test and Pressure Test to ensure better finish & durability standards in the offered pipe fitting range.
Our elbow, tee, cross and other pipe fitting products are available in various specifications and widely used in diverse industries. Warehousing and Packaging
We have set up a highly sophisticated warehouse that is supervised by a group of warehousing professional. Our capacious warehouse allows us to store our assortment in bulk that is further exported against respective orders from our clients. It has proper ventilation, which ensures our components are not affected by any climatic conditions. We also lay emphasis on packaging of the components and other products, so that these can be delivered safely to our clients without any damage to the consignment. To attain this purpose, we have installed latest packaging machines at our unit. We use graded Corrugated Boxes, Cartons and Sheets to package our products. |

Hot Tip Galvanising
We have established an advanced infrastructure facility that helps us in developing our pipe fittings with cutting edge technology. We own three manufacturing units that are spread over an area of 300000 square feet with an installation capacity of 500 units. It allows us to execute our business with ease and comfort. Further, our infrastructure incorporates an in-house design unit, enabled with CAD/ CAM facility, allowing us to design our pipe fittings as per clients’ specifications. Various steps of our manufacturing process are as follows: - Electric induction formelting: for melting the metal
- Pouring: for controlling the flow of the melted metal
- Annealing: for heating solid metal to high temperatures and cooling it slowly so that its particles arrange into a defined lattice
- Grinding: for providing smooth surface to the pipe fitting components
- Shot blasting: for cleaning or preparing surfaces for recoating
- Hot dip galvanizing: for coating iron or steel with a thin zinc layer
- Distributing: for making the consignments ready for packaging
