About Us

Incepted in the year 1992, Sandeep Tube Cleaning Equipment, is a H.U.F firm engaged in manufacturing, exporting and supplying of a wide array of tube cleaning equipment and machined components that includes cleaning brushes, flexible shafts, wire brushes, universal joints, directly coupled drives, hand piece assembly, double spiral brushes, expanding brushes, etc.. to meet the growing requirement of sugar industry.
Under the able guidance of our mentor, Mr. Sushant Kaisare, we have carved a niche in the competitive industry and become a single window solution of sugar mills.
Ours is a family owned business in which all six brothers are partner and actively participate in the day to day functioning of the business. Backed by sophisticated machines, we have been able to increase our production competence. Our ability to meet the ever-increasing demands of our clients has enabled our company to achieve a prestigious status of export house. We have two offices in Pune, from where we successfully conduct our business activities.

We are backed by sound manufacturing facilities, where we undertake the production of a wide range of tube cleaning equipment and machined components. Our well-equipped manufacturing unit is spread over vast area where entire production process is carried on. With the help of advanced machines, we have been able to meet the ever-increasing demands of clients. We also have in-house design unit that enables us to offer customized products to clients.
We regularly repair and service the machines and add new machines to increase our production competence.

Our quality inspectors keep a strict vigil on entire production process right from the procurements of raw material, to various manufacturing process till the shipment of finished products.

We ask for the sample drawings and technical details on the basis of which we design and manufacture the products an ideal amalgam of professionals and in-house design unit enable us to offer tailor made products.

Warehousing And Packaging Unit

To ensure the safety and quality of our products, we possess a well-equipped warehousing unit. It is spread over a vast area and includes various facilities along with a high level of storing and packaging facilities. Different sections/racks are provided in the unit to ensure separate storage of every product.
Wide-open spaces in its interiors allow easy movement of warehousing equipment and hence fast storage/retrieval of products. The internal temperature of the warehouse is kept at a congenial level, as required for our products. This ensures that the products are offered in their original conditions, physical and quality.
The warehousing unit also includes a packaging unit, which has the duty of packaging the products effectively so that they can handle the difficult situations of their transit. To further ensure it, we use wooden crates to package the products.

Research & Development

We have a separate research and development unit where various research works are carried on to meet and exceed the market standards. Our researchers conduct comprehensive survey to be on familiar terms with latest technological developments that can be used to improve the quality of products. They work in close coordination with production team and provide them relevant information that can be used to improve the production efficiency and thus adding value to our products.

After Sales Services

We have built an amiable relationship with clients by offering qualitative products in appropriate designs as specified by clients. To maintain our cordial relations with clients, we also offer after sales support. Our professionals provide proficient installation training, operational training and various other on site supports to our clients. Further, for client’s convenience we also offer a detailed user manual for reference.

Mode of Payment

For the convenience of clients we accept payments through various modes such as money transfer through bank, cash, letter of credit and demand draft. After adhering to various quality parameters, we are going to acquire the prestigious status of ISO certified company within the next 6 months.
