Directly Coupled Drives
Our assortment of directly coupled drives is the most common in use, where the shaft is coupled directly to the machine. These drives are available in two different types such as ‘V’ belt drive and swiveling type. The directly coupled drives are acknowledged for its long lasting ability and its corrosion resistant power.

Flexible Shafts
We offer a wide array of flexible shaft, which is used for cleaning and de-scaling the internal surface of the tubes of heat exchangers of any type. The shafts transmit steady vibration free power / torque from the flexible shaft machine to the tool being used. It consists of inner core and outer casting, which are heat treated and tempered to remove work hardening and remaining stresses. They are also well-known for its corrosion resistant feature.

Turks Head Wire Brushes
The turks head wire brushes that we manufacture are very frequently used for the removal of soot of smoked tubes as well as removal of light scale deposits in boilers and heat exchangers. The wires attached with the brush can be customized with its hardness as specified by the clients. These brushes are available in two types, they are male threaded and female threaded.

Double Spiral Brushes
We are the foremost manufacturers of double spiral brushes, which are widely popular for light scale removal. These brushes are also used in general brushing procedure, which is used in all types of straight tubes. Double spiral brushes are available in a range of sizes from 8 mm to 350 mm and can be customized as per the client’s requirement.

Expanding Brushes
We manufacture a spectrum of qualitative expanding brushes, which comes in spring-loaded self-expanding design. This design of the expanding brush assures positive contact thoroughly during the cleaning process and gives smooth surface. These are ideal for cleaning of Boilers, Heat Exchangers, Condensers, Chillers, Steam Generators and Other Small and Large Diameter Pressure Vessels. These expanding brushes can be customized as per client’s requirement.

Circular Wire Brushes
These circular wire brushes are general purpose surface cleaning brushes required for light soot removal from processing bodies. We can manufacture these brushes in various shapes like Cup Shape, Circular Disc, Multiple Disc, Flat Wire, Sugar Grader etc. and in different wire types as Steel, Brass, Copper, Nylon etc.. as per the customer requirements.

Tool Heads and Cutters
We offer a wide range of tool heads and cutters that are available in different shapes and design. All these are made of qualitative steel that are hardened and tempered for long life. The various types of design that we manufacture are: HZ type: used for easy and rapid removal of hard deposits of straight tubes of various heat exchanger. 'H' type: are specially designed which are used in larger diameter of tubes. Cutters are used in sets of one straight, one left hand and one right hand teeth cut. Cutters are available three types, namely single layer cutter, double layer cutter and triple layer cutter. These cutters are available in different sizes that range from 40 mm to 125 mm internal diameter of the tube.
'BTH' type: is used for opening or making clearance through the completely or partly choked tube of soft to medium hard deposits. These are available in different sizes from 30 mm to 50 mm.
'C B' Type: is used for clear out straight tubes which are completely choked by solid hard deposits. These are available in sizes of 20 mm to 40 mm.

Hand Piece Assembly
We deal in a wide array of hand pieces that are used in various purpose of cleaning. Some of the acknowledged hand piece assemblies are:
SF-BB: These are the most commonly used hand pieces that have 2 or 3 bearings and oil seals. These can be easily detachable and can be easily removed for cleaning as well as greasing.
SF-TB: These hand pieces cannot be detached and are mostly used in shafts with smaller diameter for bent tubes and are permanently fixed to the shafts. SF-BL: These ranges of hand piece are of sturdier type with long length for firm grip during operation. These are provided with special adopter for taking grinding wheels or wire wheels. Our range of Connectors / Outer / Inner Casing Sockets is highly specialized which is designed to order sockets for interfacing the heads at the end and the flexible shafts. High quality mild steel is used to make these sockets, which are not available off the shelf. All the sockets can be designed and supplied to our clients’ as per their requirement.
