As ring geometry plays a crucial part in determination of its functional characteristics, we effectively utilize our knowledge of piston rings with optimum material specification. • Butt Joint: Standard type joint
• Bevel Joint: Available in left handed or right handed varieties in 45 degree or 60 degree.
• Lap Joint: Known for their improved sealing ability.
• Radial Box Lap: Also known as gas tight joints they are known for their superior functionality.

Our range of standard piston rings include:

• Plain Section: They are fundamental type of compression rings used in all forms of compressors, pumps & other varied applications.
• Taper Faced: They help in shortening running-in period & increases oil scraping capability of the ring.
• Internal Chamfer / Internal Step: The twisting of the ring at the time of installation improves its oil control qualities.
• Barrel Faced (Symmetric): Its barrel face profile and pre-profiling features reduces rings running-in period & optimizes oil film forming characteristics.
• Nasen Rings: We offer them in varied forms like plain faced, tapered, square face, undercut or in other forms as per the attributes of application.
• SOC: These slotted oil control rings are used extensively in many industrial applications.
• SOC2k: They are known for their increased oil scraping performance and offer increased wall pressure at the contact lands.

MATRIX: heat -treated. Reticular phosphate eutectic without concentrations.

HARDNESS: HRB: 108-114 HB : 302-386 kp/mm2 3.

MATERIAL: KV1, spheroidal graphite cast iron, hardened &
tempered use that are known for their high tensile strength.
