Procurement/Shortage Support We help clients to source for parts globally. Our sourcing network extends globally to Asia , Europe and US. We source from Manufacturers, Distributors, Brokers or Stockists . Cost-Saving Opportunities We help clients to systematically monitor the open market for opportunities to reduce their material costs. How does this work? You send us your list of part numbers, mainly high-value and high volume parts. We will monitor and check prices of these parts daily. As soon as we find the part that matches your price or is lower than your target price, we will immediately inform you of the availability, and work with you to procure the parts at a lower price. Excess Inventory If you have excess stock, slow moving inventory, dead stock, EOL, etc. we can help you to move these parts to other customers. We can buy part-by-part, or by consignment of entire inventory. Kitting Services We also provide turnkey kitting solutions to OEMs, particularly those who deal with many parts numbers and projects. The service includes analysis of the needs, the material planning and procurement process, constraints, and sourcing partners. We will then work out a proposal for kitting to address the issues or constraints faced by our customers.
