Incepted in the year 1963, Sanghi Brushware Private Limited is one of the prominent manufacturers and suppliers of variety of brushes and brush components. These include School Brushes, Artist Brushes, Brush Components, Hobby & Craft Brushes and Cosmetic Brushes. Our brushes are appreciated by the clients for durability, easy usage, excellent painting performance and ability to sustain solvent and water based paints. Capitalizing on these features, these are successfully catering to the requirements of various segments such as Schools, Colleges, Painting schools, Beauty saloons and Retail malls. Apart from these brushes and brush components, we are also offering kits for cosmetic brushes.

Having the industrial experience of 4 decades, we have established a well equipped manufacturing unit that has an installed capacity of 100000 units. Our unit is installed with sophisticated machines such as CNC brush filling machine, drilling machine, tufting machine controller, automatic hair-twisting machine and iron tube brush machine.    

We are continuously progressing under the able guidance of our Mentor. Mr. P. D. Sanghi. Capitalizing on his experience and process expertise, we have been able to maintain an excellent position in this industry domain. He started manufacturing brushes on a primary scale in the year 1963. Currently, all our business and marketing activities are guided by our Chairman, Mr. Anurag Sanghi.

We have a state-of-the-art manufacturing units spread over a sprawling area of 1000 square feet and equipped with imported brush making machines. Having the installed capacity of 100000 units, our manufacturing unit helps us in completing the bulk orders of our clients. We use advanced technology and production techniques in our manufacturing process of variety of brushes and brush components. Using the sophisticated machines, we can also add our quality policy and production techniques in the existing samples of our clients. Apart from these, we also use quality tying material such as hemp, strong thread and boar bristles, to tie the brushes. Further, we are also supported by in-house designing facility with CAD & CAM facility to create new brushes and brush components.

The outsourced material undergoes quality tests and inspections to guarantee its conformity with our quality standards. We are engaged in offering a wide range of brushes and brush components such as School Brushes, Artist Brushes, Hobby & Craft Brushes and Cosmetic Brushes. Our products are known for finishing and proper dimensions of the filaments and effectiveness. To ensure durable and useful usage of our brushes, we recommend some brush care instructions for our variety of brushes such as oil brushes, water color brush and acrylic brushes. Different brush care instructions are as follows:      

Oil Brushes:

• Wipe off any excess paint with a rag, paper toweling or newspaper
• Fill a container with turpentine, mineral spirits or brush cleaning solvent. Rub the brush gently against a hard surface, such as a brush coil or the container bottom or side
• Submerge the brush into a container with a solution of lukewarm, soapy water Any mild soap or shampoo will work
• Work the brush back and forth against the palm of your hand, rinsing and reworking until all trace of color is removed. Excess pressure can cause damage to the hair or bristle. Continual rhythmic motion removes all paint from the brush heel
• Shake any excess water from the brush. "Dress" the brush by wiping it against a paper towel to bring it to its original shape

Water Color Brushes:

• Do not use the same brushes for different media
• Delegate one brush for use with whites, as this color is difficult to remove from brush hairs- especially Chinese white.
• Do not use a kolinsky sable for rejuvenating dry watercolors on your palette. A stiff natural or synthetic bristle brush is better suited for this task and can withstand the scrubbing.
• To clean, wash brushes after use in cool water. Do not use soap, as it dries out the natural oils in the brush hairs.
• Shake any excess water from the brush.
• "Dress" the brush by wiping it against a paper towel or between your fingers to bring it to its natural shape.

Acrylic Brushes:

It is important to clean acrylic brushes immediately after a painting session is over. Acrylics are rapid driers and form a rock-hard mass very quickly. For intermittent work, use a brush washer which suspends the brushes in water, preventing them from resting on their hairs. For cleaning, follow steps 3-5 under oil brushes.

Further, there are certain guidelines that the user must follow after using the brushes. While drying the brushes, they should be suspended either horizontally or vertically with tips down. If the brushes are dried in a position with hairs ends up, the excess moisture can run down to the ferrule and damage the enamel finish and wooden handle. Thus, to maintain a proper shape, the brushes must be stored in a right position in a jar, vase, or container. To store the brushes for longer time, they should be protected with moth balls or moth flakes. This ensures proper prevention from insect damage of these brushes.

The Don'ts of Brush care instructions are as follows:

• Don't use strong paint solvent, lacquer thinner and shellac remover or acetone to clean brushes. These can dissolve the setting compounds which hold the hairs in place.
• Don't soak your brushes overnight resting on their ends. This bends the hairs or bristles permanently out of shape and can cause wooden handles to swell and loosen the ferrule.
• Don't let brushes dry on a heating element. The brush hairs can lose their natural oils and the wood handle is subject to shrinkage.
• Don't use the same brush for different paintings.
• Don't dip a dry brush into paint. In a natural hair brush, especially, it is best to dip the brush first into medium or water. This distributes the natural oils, allowing each hair to respond fully.
