			Products We are known to manufacture premium quality knitted garments and hold specialization in designing and manufacturing of exclusive lingerie and undergarments. Our products are made of 100% Cotton, 100% Viscose, Blend of 95% Cotton & 5% Spandex, Modal, Polyester. The garments manufactured by us are known for their quality and this gives us an edge over the competition. We are able to customize our products according to the requirements of our customers. 			Team We are a dedicated team of professionals who are committed to deliver the best. We have designers and tailors who work in close coordination with each other so that best outcome is received. Our designers have intense knowledge about the market trends and thus make garments that are according to the latest fashion trends. The workers are well trained and know how to operate the hi-tech machines hence the best quality garments are produced.


			Infrastructure We possess biggest assets and this also helps in producing high quality knitted garments. Ours is a real story of progression, from 10 machines we have come up to a level of maintaining 230 machines. The entire production takes place at the same premises and we have all the facilities well installed that helps us in all the production procedure like knitting, dyeing, compacting, stitching, printing and embroidery. We have a production capacity of: T-shirts 2,00,000 Nightwear 1,60,000 Underwear 4,00,000 We have 32 Pailing imported knitting machines. These machines comprises of: 24 GG, with all Feeder Spandex Attachment DIA: 16" to 36" 24 GG,InterLock DIA: 24" to 30" 18 GG RIB, with all Feeder Spandex Attachment DIA: 18" to 32" 16 GG, Pointal Rib Jacquard-30 Diameter 24 GG/20 GG Autostriper Single Jersey DIA: 26" to 30" Collar Machine: 14GG Kauo Heng


			Production Capacity Available Sizes: 54 D" 60DJ" 80DJ" 80D" We can produce upto 10,000 kilograms of 40's count yarn per day. Our dyeing unit has 3650 kilograms of softflow capacity per day, 1100 kilograms of manual winch capacity per day, 7000 kilograms of relaxer dyer per day and 2 numbers of balloon padding machine. Our Compacting Unit consist of 2 spectro rimer make machine which has a 7000 kilograms of capacity per day. Our Steam Calendring Machine consist of 1 Malwa Machine and 2 Weiss make machine which have a capacity of 10,000 kilograms per day. For Stitching,we comprises 230 latest imported sweing machines. The various brands of machines installed in our factory are: Pegasus Siruba Yamota Juki & Brother Cutting Machine KM make Band Knife Machine Production Capacity/Month for stiching: 5,50,000 Underwears 1,60,000 Nightwear Sets 2,20,000 T-Shirts/Polos
			Our Printing Machines comprises of: Chest Printing Machines: Manual 8 colors - 6 numbers having a production capacity of 3000 pieces per day. Table Printing: 2 numbers of 180 feet each Computerized Woven label Machines - 2 Nos Label Printing: 1 machine having a production capacity of 9000 labels per day (Single Color). Elastics: 5 Comez make Crochet Elastic Machines Our Embroidery unit consists of 3 Tajima make machines of sizes 9x20, 9x18, 9x18 Double Sequence.
