We offer oil chiller which is reckoned in the industry as one of the high efficacy refrigerated type oil chillers. Offering rapid and effective cooling, our chillers are ideal for:

• Hydraulic cutting
• Lubricating
• Spindle
• Grinding
• Coolant oil

The hydraulic & spindle oil chillers implement high-tech Brazed Plate Heat Exchangers (BPHE) to provide rapid & efficient cooling. In these oil chillers, the hot oil flows over tubes and is cooled by a refrigerant which flows through them. Only that oil to be cooled which surrounds the tube. This is achieved by:

Over the tubes, a static oil film is created, which acts as an insulator and prevents oil in subsequent layers to be cooled. Some of the characteristics and advantages of our oil chillers include:

• Compact: - Our oil chillers are around 10 times more compact than the others shell-and-tube counterparts
• High thermal efficiency: - The flow of refrigerant & oil is counter current. Plate design facilitates the turbulent flow for optimum heat exchange. This also prevents the formation of static oil film

We also offer advanced coolant chillers such as submersible type. Our oil chillers have the capacity range of 6,000 K.Cal/hr. upto 60,000 K.Cal/hr.

The chillers are rated for an ambient of ( ) 50°C and several operating voltages which include:

Specially designed to operate in hostile industrial
environment, our range of water chillers is available in different models and
capacities. Various components that are integrated with these water chillers

conditions. These easily installed chillers are offered in the range of 6°C to
25°C.
