About Us

Our firm is founded & headed by CA Sanjeev Soota (Managing Partner) who is a Fellow Chartered Accountant, B.Com (Hons.), L.L.B. CA Sanjeev Soota is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 1983. He has vast experience of more than 27 years in the field of Auditing,Consultancy of Direct Taxes and handling Corporate Affairs in different areas.CA Sanjeev Soota started his professional career as a Audit Manager in India's leading CA Firm A.F. Ferguson & Co. During his tenure there, he conducted audits of companies like Nestle Ltd.(then Food Specialities Ltd.),Goodyear Ltd.,Modi Xerox Ltd., Mohan Meakins Ltd.,Eicher Ltd.to name a few.

His ability to understand the business environment coupled with his sound financial and accounting background has enabled him to specialize in conducting statutory audits of companies.He has also been involved in the audit of major nationalized banks. He has an expert knowledge and exposure to the Indian Accounting and Auditing Standards.

He has a vast experience in handling assessment proceedings under the Income-tax Act. He also handles appellate matters before the Commissioner of Income tax (Appeals) and the Income-tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT). He is handling Corporate Law matters too.

CA Sanjeev Soota is also a firm believer of rendering continous professional education to the members of our profession. He is aConvener of Rohini CPE Study Circle since April'2008. Under his able leadership, Rohini Study Cicle has recently bagged the award for Best Study Circle for the year 2009.He has made presentations on various topics of professional interest on various forums.

Recently, Hon'ble President, ICAI has nominated CA Sanjeev Soota as Special Invitee to the Vision & Perspective Planning Committee of ICAI. CA Sanjeev Soota has also been on various committees of NIRC of ICAI.
