We offer our services in transfer moulding for a wide array
of components. Transfer moulding ensures product consistency. With short cycle
time transfer moulding is ideal for rubber to metal bonding. In the transfer
moulding like compression moulding, the moulding material is measured and inserted
before moulding starts. The moulding material is subjected to preheating and
subsequently loaded into a chamber known as a sprue and runner system into the
mould cavities. The mould walls are heated to a temperature above the melting
point of the mould material for a faster flow of material through the cavities.

ultrasonic plastic to plastic welding. We are able to weld plastic parts which
