The immersion heater can be directly bolted to clients vessel to suit any application.

Sanjosh manufacture a full line of flameproof immersion heaters for industrial application suitable for heating liquids, chemicals, industrial gases, Zone 1 or Zone 2 areas. These heaters come in two variants, with U tube heating elements and core type heating elements. The advantage of core type element is that they are completely removable without disassembly the flange or without draining the liquid.

Sanjosh Bolt Heaters are used as an aid to tighten large bolts in heavy machinery and equipment. Heaters are sized for easy insertion into a drilled hole in the bolt. The rapid heating of the bolt expands it allowing further tightening of the nut. The heater is then de-energized and removed. As the bolt cools its contraction back to original size provides a tight fit. Sanjosh Bolt Heaters are constructed with the industrys most efficient and highest quality heating elements.

Electric thermic fluid (Hot Oil) heaters provide high efficiency, handle low pressure operation for temperature upto 400 Deg C. Electric thermic fluid heaters can be used when conventional fuel fired thermic fluid heaters and not feasible due to various constraints. Sanjosh designs, manufactures and supplies a full range of thermic fluid heaters from 100 KW to 2 Megawatts. The complete solutions is supplied as a skid mounted packaged heating system along with its control systems as is customized to meet clients specification.

Optimum performance will be guaranteed by supply of control panel whose design will be optimised for efficient working of the electric heater.
