These are made from diamond grinding tungsten carbide products, ceramic, glass & with CBN grind harden steel, nickel base super alloys,cast iron and high speed steels. Having the resin bond, these are mostly used for dry grinding and have high material removal rate with free cutting action and are economical in use. Its technical features are:

• Concentration - available in 25, 50, 75, 100, 125 & 150 (for general purpose - 50 & 75 concentractions are recommended).
• Depth of impregnation -- available in 1.5 mm, 3.0 mm, 5.00 mm, 10 mm (With higher depth of impregnation it provides higher economy).
