The cable tension is controlled through pneumatic cylinders and pressure regulation on each belt is independent and adjustable by a manometer. The belts are driven by a AC motor coupled to a gearbox unit with two gear ration. The power transmission between two belts is controlled by gear belt. AC drive, three shed gearbox are all fitted in the machine.

These stands were designed specifically for 1200 to 3200 mm diameter drum; based on a self supported frame which holds two arms where the pintles are mounted. These machines are mounted on a rail system fixed in the floor.
The sant extruder series comprises machine size with screw diameter 25, 32, 40, 50, 60, 80, 90, 100, 120 and 150 mm for various materials like pvc, pe, xlpe, pp, hdpe, etc.
