About UsWay back in 1993 we started as a small scale manufacturer of light duty lathe machines at rajkot-Gujarat. Gradually our brand turn max lathe machine become a mega success and we got encouraged further to expand our product portfolio with medium duty and heavy duty lathe machines.
To fulfill rapidly growing demand from our customers we expanded our infrastructure further and added up three more production facilities near by our first facility. Today we have 4 different facilities to manufacture a wide range of lathe machines at rajkot-Gujarat. As we expanded we needed large pool of human resource to handle production of such scale.
Today we have more then 50 highly skilled professionals from engineers, skilled droughts man, machinist and assembly workers to make our enterprise fully efficient to take on competition in highly precision demanding market of lathe machines in india as well as overseas. Our products are being sold through a wide network of marketing across different states of India through dedicated dealers and agents. For regular supply of our various products we have a unique stock management and vendor base which makes sure that our customers get timely delivery of orders they place.
Also we help our customers to source genuine parts for the machines they purchased from us, so their machines can work in original condition for years. For us accuracy is part of our passion, before starting our own enterprise we as promoters of the sant engineering worked in the same industry for more then two decades and with that rich experience we put our own brand turnomax lathe machines in the market. We are not only manufacturing them but provide solution for accurate machining in small size to extra large size.
Sometime we also provide special size, special height or extra heavy duty bed lathe machines to turn heavy weight, large diameter components on special request from the customer. As part of our expansion we are also keen to export our products to different countries across continents through dedicated channel of marketing and sales support. We have resources and best supply chain management to handle orders ranging from 1 to 30 machines in every model-category we manufacture at short notice. We have special package for bulk buyers from overseas markets also. We check each and every assembled Machine for it's toughness, accuracy, efficiency of sliding, Head alignment, Switching, Bed leveling and Bearing / Brass friction so our customer get best of the Product at most competitive rate.
InfrastructureWe have well-defined infrastructure and a major upgradation is taking place in the manufacturing facilities to accommodate further expansion in manufacturing with greater worker comfort and ease of heavy component handling with extra stock keeping facility for raw material as well as finished products.
Adding to these we have a dedicated team to upgrade design specifications to better our product offering to match global standards. To enable our Marketing Network further, we have enough ware house facility with completely safe storage system of assembled machines-ready to dispatch at any given time and date.
