Water Chiller

We manufacture a range of water chiller, aircooled chiller, water cooled chiller, onlinechiller and re-circulated water chiller manufactured from 316 grade stainless steel with secondary heat exchangers. The water chillers ranging from 1oC – 25oC , ± 10C finds wide application in the soft drink industry. It is designed as per the modern equipment trend matches with the global standards.
 
Standard flow is a portable water chiller with a tank and is used extensively in closed loop cooling application while reverse flow is a portable chiller without a tank and is used in open loop cooling application. Our water chillers come in the following specifications:

Oil Chiller

We offer precision engineered oil chiller, hydraulic powerpack oil chiller in which the oil processed acts as a cooling medium. The processed oil is used for various applications such as:

  • Quenching
 
The heat that gets degenerated during the process is further taken away by the circulating oil which requires being stored at a definite temperature range to preserve the respective chemical and physical property.
 
The oil chillers are ergonomically designed to suit the varied applications and places where direct oil cooling is not viable we make use of a different medium in water that acts as a cooling agent.  The oil chillers come in stand alone model with an integral oil re-circulating pump and either has a direct immersion operation wherein the evaporator coil is absorbed in the oil sump and indirect operation where the oil is cooled in

INDUSTRIAL CHILLER DESCRIPTION

Scanair Incorporated and Manufactures Industrial chiller systems including water Cooled chillers and air cooled chillers. We supply chilling systems and chillers to a wide variety of industrial processes and production machinery applications, ranging from self-contained portable units through to completely installed “turn-key systems”. A chiller can be used to cool any machine or process that operates at 5 C or lower. A cooling tower can be used to cool any machine or process that operates at 35 C or higher. Some of the more common applications are listed below in the past, fresh water was used freely for cooling production processes. Today, most processes require cooling water with much closer defined tolerances. Industrial chillers provide cooling in a controlled closed circuit. This means that the water used for your production processes is reliable, constant, and defined.

Baking Industry: The baking industry may use process chillers in their process of mixing. The chilled water from a water chiller may be used to allow longer mixing times which improves the final quality for any grade of flour.

Food Industry: The food industry uses process chillers to cool any process such as chocolate manufacturing, vegetable processing, meat massagers/injectors and confectionary manufacturing.

Air Chiller

Our carefully designed air chiller, precision airconditioners are widely used in electronic control panels such as CNC panels and telecom rooms, where a high quantity of heat is generated in its working. Cryo Chiller

We manufacture a range of constant temperature water bath, cryo chiller, with double walls, wherein the internal walls are made of high grade stainless steel and exterior walls are uniformly powder coated. The baths comes with a laboratorial finish, with adjustable temperature that ranges from -70oC to 100oC ± 0.5oC. The external stirrer helps maintaining a consistent temperature while digital temperature controller helps in maintaining the accurate temperature. 
 
Available in stand alone and table top model, the chillers come with an optional circulation pump. It has an integrated system that allows adjustment of flow rate and required kilocalorie. The chillers are available in the following specifications:

Clean Room

Pre designed and engineered cold storage room with puf insulated cam lock with sandwich panels 60, 80, 100, 120 mm thickness essentially to match the modern trend and hygienic conditions maintained like temperature, relative humidity, air purification, air filtration, air treatment with activated carbon filtration. Clean room panels are manufactured with twin grooved without cam lock and custom built view panels in built return air raisers, flush doors. We manufactured and designed under Class 100 To Class100000 Particle/cft. Known as federal standard 209 D to provide a qualified and standardized method ISO 5 To ISO 8 Norms after installation providing the system validation IQ, PQ, DQ documents etc., Custom built commercial refrigerator, walk in cooler are manufactured with dixell temperature controller to maintain the précised temperature, RH inside the cabinet. High & Low temperature safety alarm adaptable all models are frost free model and auto defrost sensor system.

Block Ice Plant

Custom built bar Block Ice Plant manufactured with self contained condensing unit and remote condensing unit. Loading, harvesting process done by the in built hoist system. Visual showing indication for individual ice blocks harvesting. Providing pre coolers for faster ice formation and storage cabins or modular insulated cold rooms for the harvested ice to stored for commercial sales. Process Chiller

PROCESS CHILLER DESCRIPTION

Scanair process chillers are manufactured with small chilled water tank with evaporator and process pump, refrigeration system to cool the water altogether fitted in to one bracket the chilled water at decided temperature will be pumped in to the process in a closed loop system the heat will be absorbed by the chilled water and come into the tank. It will be recirculated for various applications as detailed given below. The food industry uses process chillers to cool any process such as chocolate manufacturing, vegetable processing, meat massagers/injectors and confectionary manufacturing, Plastic Injection Molding, Pet Blowing, Aluminum Die Casting, Laser Welding, Ultra sonic Welding, Induction Hardening Machine, Food Processing, Pharmaceutical and Laboratories application, Dairies etc,. If the water temperature differentials between inlet and outlet are high, then a large external water tank would be used to store the cold water. In this case the chilled water is not going directly from the chiller to the application, but goes to the external water tank which acts as a sort of “temperature buffer.” The cold water tank is much larger than internal water tank. The cold water goes from the external tank to the application and the return hot water from the application goes back to the external tank, not to the chiller.

Process chillers will maintained Temperature range from 2 C To 30 C ± 1 C. capacity from 450 Kcal/Hr to 150000 Kcal/Hr with 30 LPM to 600 LPM different flow capacity. The baking industry may use process chillers in their process of mixing. The chilled water from a water chiller may be used to allow longer mixing times which improves the final quality for any grade of flour. Water or other liquid from the chiller is pumped through process or industrial equipment . Flexibility of design and product adaptability. Each unit individually constructed to meet your exact specifications. Our portable units are available in from 0.25 Ton To 20 Ton units in our Vertical, Horizontal, or Remote systems. Air Handling Unit

Scan air manufactured single and double skin air handling unit for various applications like Pharmaceuticals, Laboratories, R & D Labs
AHU for application ranging from 100 cfm to 50,000 cfm air flow capacity the frame work constructed with extruded aluminum profiled and 3 D corner joints. The double skin sandwich panels are fabricated from inside with high polymer polyester coated, pre painted, galvanized steel sheet and outside with PVC film coated, powder coated paint finished sheet, protection film on top. The unit is mounted on mild steel channel.

Unit will have filter section which contents with filters and independent door, coil section which contents with refrigerant coil and expansion valves and controls, blower section which contents centrifugal blower with motor belt assembly and control panel with separate inspection door with lock system.
