Owing to our rich vendor base, we provide a superior quality of Rubber Chemicals that finds applications in the Rubber Industry. These are formulated under hygienic conditions and in accurate compositions by our vendors. Our range of chemicals are pure, eco friendly and precise in composition. Further, we offer these chemicals to our customers based across the nation in non reactive packaging and at industry leading prices.
Zinc Oxide

Zinc Oxide

Zinc oxide is an inorganic compound with the formula ZnO. It usually appears as a white powder, nearly insoluble in water. We deal in Zinc Oxide with a purity of above 99.5 % and is most suitable to industries like

Rubber Manufacture: Zinc oxide activates vulcanization, which otherwise may not occur at all. Zinc oxide is the key ingredients in the commercial manufacture of rubber goods. ZnO is also an important additive to the rubber of car tires. Vulcanization catalysts are derived from zinc oxide, and it considerably improves the thermal conductivity, which is crucial to dissipate the heat produced by the deformation when the tire rolls

Concrete industry: Zinc oxide is widely used for concrete manufacturing. Addition of ZnO improves the processing time and the resistance of concrete against water.

Pharma & Cosmetics: It is used by athletes as a bandage to prevent soft tissue damage during workouts. When used as an ingredient in sunscreen, zinc oxide sits on the skin’s surface i.e. is not absorbed into the skin, and blocks both UVA (320-400 nm) and UVB (280-320 nm) rays of ultraviolet light. Because zinc oxide is not absorbed into the skin, they are nonirritating and nonallergenic.

Cigarette Filters: Zinc oxide is a constituent of cigarette filters for removal of selected components from tobacco smoke. A filter consisting of charcoal impregnated with zinc oxide and iron oxide removes significant amounts of HCN and H2S from tobacco smoke without affecting its flavor.

Pigment: Zinc white is used as a pigment in paints and is more opaque than lithopone, but less opaque than titanium dioxide. It is also used in coatings for paper.

Coatings Paints:  Coating Paints containing zinc oxide powder have long been utilized as anticorrosive coatings for various metals. They are especially effective for galvanised Iron. The latter is difficult to protect because its reactivity with organic coatings leads to brittleness and lack of adhesion. Zinc oxide paints however, retain their flexibility and adherence on such surfaces for many years.

Stearic Acid

Stearic acid  is a saturated fatty acid with an 18 carbon chain and has the IUPAC name octadecanoic acid. It is a waxy solid and is useful as an ingredient in making candles, plastics, dietary supplements, oil pastels and cosmetics and for softening rubber. It is used to harden soaps, particularly those made with vegetable oil. Stearic acid is used in aerosol shaving cream products. It is also one of most commonly used lubricants during injection molding and pressing of ceramic powders.

Stearic Acid

Petroleum Resin

Petroleum Resin

Petroleum resin is a C5/C9 aromatic hydrocarbon used in industrial applications. It has a tackifying effect and is suitable for use in rubber, paint, printing ink, adhesives and other
areas where tackiness is required

Petroleum Resin with melting point in the Range of 90°-110° Celcius is used as a tackifier for various synthetic rubbers including SBR and natural rubbers, and provides excellent effects in improving processibility and performances of these rubbers.

Petroleum Resins with a slightly higher Melting Point finds an extensive range of applications as a modifier for paints and printing inks, and as a tackifier for adhesives They are specially used in rust preventive paints significantly improving various coating film characteristics including resistance against chemicals and water.
