Quality Policy / Processes

We are proactive and not reactive. Our quality system for a production is put in place much before the production starts. We first study and analyze a product to find the possible areas that would require more attention while being produced. A pilot run is carried out with the required garment tests being performed to ensure that all quality standards are met before the product moves ahead into bulk production.
According to our clients requirements, various tests are performed on all the raw materials and the garment at different stages of production. The tests can be summarized into 3 categories.
