For achieving all the above objectives, we are facilitated with an infrastructure that is equipped with all requisite facilities. Located in Tirupur, with more than 10000 square meters, our infrastructure facility is our prime strength. The amalgamation of technologically advanced imported machinery and experienced workforce enables us to carry out production of around 3000 piece of garments per day.

Hence all the procured fabrics and other intermediate products are minutely monitored by our team of supervisors so as to ensure zero defects & waste reduction. Following a set of stringent quality control mechanisms ensure that every garment manufactured meets the international quality standards.
Production Unit
We possess state of the art manufacturing facility that takes care of all operations from yarn manufacturing, dyeing, designing, cutting and stitching to quality control on a day to day basis. Our top-of-the-line machines for stitching, cutting, checking, ironing and packing enable us to offer products within the stipulated time frame.

These machinery have manufacturing capacity of 1500 kg per day. Our modern knitting machines are imported from M/S Terrot Germany; these machines are capable of knitting single jersy, rib & fleece fabrics. Most of the machines are procured from M/S Rieter Switzerland & LMW India that enables us to produce garment in bulk quantity and of superior quality. We have also installed hi-end and imported machinery from Germany and Japan. All the processes are automated that ensure superior quality and defect-free garments.

Testing Facility

Right from procurement of fabric to delivery of finished garments every lot passes through a set of tests. Sampling Policy
With the rapid changes in the fashion scenario, we endeavor to keep ourselves abreast with the latest fashion trends, prevalent in the industry. A team of experienced personnel carries out the complete process of sample development. Thereby, a versatile range of hi-fashion ladies wear, viz. tshirts, night wear, tops and other garments are designed and developed as samples of client’s order. Once client approves these samples, we commence the final production of the consignment in compliance with quality standard and client’s specifications.

Environment Friendly Approach
We have implemented suitable set up of the treatment of the polluted and chemically affected waste obtained during bleaching and other processing. We have also adequate devices for de-polluting the harmful wastes generated during the manufacturing process so as to cause no harm to the environment. We also adopt series of other such environment friendly practice and strictly follow the latest Euro Sandards.
