Principal Use

For patching and replacement of worm out areas.Filling of holes or depressions in concrete floor slabs in factories, godwons, commercial or domestic building.

We have been supplying water based concrete curing compound in the name of CONCURE WB of FORROC.

Principal Use

For spraying on freshly cast concrete or newly exposed concrete surface after removal of form work to form a temporary membrane which will retain sufficient moisture for effective curing to take place used for concreting generally but especially useful for large areas of concrete such as pavements, runways and bridge decks also for verticals or sloping surface as in  tower, chimney canal columns and beams.

Advantages:

• Forms moisture barrier for whole of the curing period.
• Eliminates use of water, hessian or sand completely.
• No risk of erratic or poor curing and ensures that cement hydrates efficiently.

Curing Compound, when applied to freshly placed concrete, quickly forms a moisture vapour resistant membrane to maximize water retention for better cement hydration and concrete strength.

CONBEXTRA GP2 is supplied as a ready-to-use dry powder, requiring only the addition of water to produce a free flowing non-shrink grout which will maintain its original volume during curing. The material is a blend of specially processed cement, pre-graded fillers and additives which impart controlled expansion in the plastic state whilst minimising water demand. The low water requirement ensures high early strength and long term durability. The filler grading is designed to aid uniform mixing and minimize segregation and bleeding, whilst assisting the flow characteristics. The micro-cellular structure of cured CONBEXTRA GP2 imparts high frost, fire and oil resistance.

Compressive Strength : To simulate site conditions. Compressive Strength test cubes should be case under restrained conditions (Cubes should be 7.06 cm in size). Typical Compressive Strength values obtained at 30°C with 0.18 and 0.165 water/powder ratios are given in Table 1.

Description

Cebex 100 is supplied as a powder admixture. The material is a combination of a plasticising agent and a gas producing expansion medium. The plasticising agent allows the use of a reduced water/cement ratio with consequent increased strengths and durability. The expansive medium counteracts the natural settlement and plastic shrinkage of the grout and aids stability and cohesion. Sufficient restrained expansion is developed to ensure a high degree of interfacial contact. It's an expandiang plasticising grout admixture.
