About UsSara Suole Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated as a sole manufacturing unit in 2001 under the leadership of Mr. Kayum Dhanani. His background of learning from The Central Leather Research Institute in Chennai India, lent him the know-how to set up one of the most successful sole and shoe manufacturing units in India today.
The sole unit has grown from worker strength of 25 people and 300 pairs of soles to an operating workforce of 300 people manufacturing 11000 pairs of soles per day. Our passion for our products and commitment to deliveries has set us apart from our competitors. To ensure innovation and good quality, we have trained technicians and designers from Italy who are integrated with our systems. They bring with them the expertise which is used to streamline processes. Under their purview are sampling, production and operations. Our aim is to ensure that all overseas buyers' orders and specifications are met and monitored to the last detail.
Based on the encouraging growth and market potential, we began a shoe division in 2005 with a team of 150 people and production capacity of 700 pairs per day which has since then grown to a workforce of 1500 people and 5000 pairs per day. In this short span of time, aided by our infrastructure of upper manufacturing, we have consolidated our position as manufacturers of cemented shoes, moccasins and boots for both men and women.
To offer a one-stop-shop to our clients, in 2009 we began our sandals unit spread over 30000 square feet with a capacity of 2000 pairs per day. Our design studio in Milan, the hot-spot of couture, ensures that we keep up with global trends and are thus tuned into international fashion. Influenced by the great design houses and forecasts of the seasons to come, mind and strategy meet to create perfect sandals. The handcrafted sandals made in our unit are an outcome of experienced designers, master pattern makers, the finest leather and accessories and of course passion, which is the basis for all.
Today our market penetration extends from USA to Australia and we cater to very many leading labels in the world market. |

InfrastructureOwing to rapid growth in all our product categories, it became crucial to include our own tanneries into the infrastructure to cater to clients´ often specific requirements. The output of these tanneries is very superior and at par with leather available the world over. Our tanning processes include vegetable as well as chrome tanning. We operate factory space of 200000 square feet with 6 assembly lines generating a quantity of 7000 pairs of footwear per day. Our in-house product development team is strong owing to the width of material and the depth of know-how available to us. We take pride in our sampling unit where we sample 10000 pairs annually.
