The company was formed by�Mr. V. N. Natekar�in month of December 1995 with one drill machine & a hand press. In 1997-98�Mr. Sachin V. Natekar & Mr. Abhijeet V. Natekarhad joined with this firm after completing their Engineering Education and starts with practical engineering. They got the financial support from Bank of Maharashtra and starts pressed & welded assemblies to their customers. Main aim of the company is to satisfy the customer by delivering the components on time at a competitive price & quality, while the customer's needs & expectations with continual improvement in�Quality Management System.

With this Quality Policy the company got the continual growth & expansions. In 2003 the second unit of the company established at Chakan with pressing capacity up to 300T, CO2 & spot welding machines.
