Potassium Silicate

Potassium Silicate is manufactured by fusion process of silica sand with potassium carbonate/caustic potash at a very high temp of 1200oC in oil fired furnace.


Uses:


  • Acid resistant Cement
  • Drilling Industry
  • Inorganic Plants
  • Agriculture
  • As a binder in electric welding electrodes
  • In bonding of phosphorus on TV tubes.
