Shipping Policy

1.	Shipping normally takes 10 - 15 days from the day we receive your final measurement and payment confirmation, but due to heavy handwork some products may take more time than specified. Also, we are not responsible for any delays due to shipping company fault. International shipping usually takes 5-6 days more than national shipping.
2.	Shipping time mentioned are only approximate and customer may contact us for accurate time. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for any delays thereof.
3.	We take the services of standard shipping carriers at lowest cost possible.
4.	The Courier companies will make two delivery attempts and if the customer is unavailable, further course of action will be taken by the courier company. Nihal Fashions is not liable in any way in such cases.
5.	Shipping is "Free in India only". But, international shipping would be charged as per charges applicable.
6.	An email will be send to the customer regarding the shipment details as soon as the parcel is handed over to the courier company. Customers may track their shipments from the courier company website.
7.	The courier company may charge a penalty for incorrect shipping address. In such cases, customer is solely responsible to pay for such penalties and not Nihal Fashions. It is advised,therefore,to make sure that your shipping address is correct.
8.	Any Duties and Taxes applicable has to be paid by the customer himself. International customers are supposed to pay for any import / custom duties or any other taxes applicable in their respective countries.
9.	The courier company may charge some additional amount or service charge above the duties and taxes as per the case.

Return / Refund / Cancellation Policy

1.	The products once sold can''t be returned or replaced (nor refunded) back under any condition, unless a. There is any discrepancy in the product itself b. Wrong product is delivered to you by mistake c. Product has any manufacturing defect
2.	If any ordered product goes out of stock, then you have the option to choose any other product of your choice by paying the difference. You also have the option to take the refund in this case.
3.	Orders once placed cannot be cancelled under any condition (except product is out of stock) as we start working on the order immediately upon the receipt of your order & payment.
4.	Any used or altered product won’t be taken back in any case.
5.	The order should be returned in the same packing material and in same condition as it was shipped or else there won’t be any refund or replacement as applicable.
6.	Any discrepancy should be informed by email to Nihal Fashions within 48 hrs of receipt of your order. But, the final decision would be with Nihal Fashions.
