sarjit industries, the name itself, spells perfection in quality standards, so we thought of making the working of our company quality conscious too, now. Our research and development department is constantly working on improvements in quality of our chill rolls.
our present manufacturing facilities restrict us to cast 15 metric tons of liquid metal in 2 medium frequency induction furnaces, one of 10 metric tons and the other of 5 metric tons, however, to cater the larger roll industry, we are already in process to add melting facility for another 15 metric tons of liquid metal.
our present manufacturing facilities also include oil fired dry ovens, 3 heat treatment furnaces, chemical laboratory with spectrometer, physical testing laboratory, 40 lathe machines, 10 boring machines and 3 cylindrical grinders, where at present we cast and machine all types of rolls for steel, aluminum and copper mills, paper, rubber and paint mixing mills, oil expeller mills and flour mills.
