Eco-friendly rubber wood glue: melamine resin (MR Glue) and 5% melamine content.

The technical specification of WBP Marine Plywood is give below:

• Our range meets the standards of IS:303-1989 and possesses water resistance after immersion in boiling water for 72 hours (tested upto 100  hours)

• We ensure that high density wood with superior mechanical properties is used to fabricate WBP Marine Plywood

• Superior bond strength between veneers and it is unaffected by dampness and moisture

• Excellent and easy to use on machines

• Our range of WBP Marine Plywood can replace solid wood of higher thickness.

• Further, our products can withstand severe climatic conditions. These are passed through many quality tests starting from selection of high density timbers to strict control of face veneer, which is bonded with superior quality of Phenol resin. Then, these are pressed under a pressure of 20kgs/cm2 at 140-145D heat.
