The productivity problem due to oil in Alkaline degreasing baths:

Oil contamination is most insidious problem especially in a plating shop where it results in patches, white streaks and peeling off. Further, if the oil is not removed continuously, availability of surfactants for parts cleaning process will be reduced eventually occupying all of surfactant in the aqueous cleaner. Our system is designed to remove oil 100%.

• Oil gets collected automatically in oil collection tank & depending on level of collection oil is removed from the tank after closing the valve

Removal of Sludge:

• It comes with a Sludge collecting manifold at the bottom side of Oil Separator
• It can be opened weekly to collect sludge that has been collected
