INFRASTRUCTURE
Sarvasv has state-of-art facility to produce each component used in their machine In-house. The Company has a mix of Indian and European Imported Machines to ensure high productivity and increased accuracy. They have state of art Plano Miller, which is used in all Base surfaces and which ensures high level of accuracy in the alignment of machines, a key feature for Rotating Machine. The Heavy Duty, Automatic Boring Machine is used for manufacturing all gear boxes and ensures high level of accuracy. They have Lathe Machine to turn and machine Central Shafts upto 30 Feet in length and Heavy Duty High Centre Lathes to turn and do accurate grooving for Capstans upto 3000mm Dia. In addition they have a wide Range of Lathe Machines, Shaper Machines, Balancing Equipments, Radial Drill and Cutting Machines to ensure highest quality and consistency of their products.
Each and every component manufactured goes through an inspection by the dedicated Quality Control Team using Equipments like Vernier Calipers, Hardness Testers, Micro Meters, Bore Gauges, Height Gauges, Water Level Indicators Sound Level Meters etc.
The manufacturing Facility in Bhiwadi is equipped with Testing Rig for the machines; each machine is tested on No Load or Partial Load Condition during the Inspection of the machine.
DESIGNING - STANDARDIZATION AND CUSTOMIZATION
Sarvasv has always believed that each customer requirements need to be studied in detail and hence designing the machines to suite their requirements. They have a dedicated design team which ensures that necessary changes are made to the standard models to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.The Design team is equipped with state- of- art Machine design Software, Analysis Tools and 3-D Drawing Tools, to ensure each design has passed the test before production.
TEAM
The Core Competency of Sarvasv is the Team which it has developed and groomed over the years. It has a very strong and highly qualified Top Management Team, which primarily consists of Engineers, Post Graduates in Management and Chartered Accountants. The Top Management headed by Mr. Vinod Kapoor has a very rich experience of over 35 years in the Wire and Cable Industry.The Middle Management consists of Design Head, Production Heads, Quality Head who are well trained engineers having a very rich experience in Wire and Cable Machinery Manufacturing.
The Work Force consists of well experienced Machine operators, Fitters, Welders who are mainly ITI Graduates or have gained rich experience on the shop floor.
To further enhance the capabilities of our work force, regular training sessions are organized for each employee and a regular Feed Back and Review System is meticulously followed at each level.

These engineers have specially been trained for Problem Solving and Maintenance issues and have rich experience in the Wire and Cable Manufacturing.Sarvasv archives detailed drawings for each machine manufactured, and any change or damage of parts can be easily replaced by the client at the shortest notice. A large number of standard components are maintained in inventory aswell to ensure shortest lead time and hence ensure that the downtime for the client is reduced.
