Our apparels are manufactured from quality raw material that ensures skin friendliness of garments. We procure standard quality of yarn and fabric from trusted suppliers based at Tamil Nadu. We efficiently manufacture mens woven shirt, mens pants, mens shorts, cargo pocket pants, boxer shorts, ladies woven shirts, ladies skirt , kids shirt, kids shorts, home furnishinings, knitting carded & combed yarn and weaving carded & combed yarn. Each design is created by our experienced designers and then implemented in the creation of the final product. 	Team Our company is backed by experienced and professional team of textile engineers, designers, spinners, weavers and tailors who keep themselves abreast of the current dynamic trends in the industry and always ensure exclusivity in our finished products. We have diligent workforce in different units viz, administration, production, quality control, R&D etc. Our experienced team of designers and craftsmen ensures modern stylish apparels that cater to large client base. 	Infrastructure We have sound infrastructure that enables us to offer range of trendy apparels, home furnishing items and yarn. Well equipped with latest machines our manufacturing plant is spread over the area of 10 acres. Understanding the need of the hour we have consolidated the whole infrastructure into one unit by integrating sampling, design, stitching, processing, printing and dyeing units for better co-ordination and increasing productivity. We have streamlined our manufacturing process to have a production capacity of 25000 per month. We have installed following machines at our manufacturing unit to offer range of vibrant garments: Advanced version of JKUI machines JKUI DDL version of machines Cutting machine Stitching machines Interlocking machines Needle machines Printing machines Top button making machines These machines are skillfully operated by our workmen to manufacture designer and fashionable garments. Each design is created by our experienced designers and then implemented in the creation of the final product.


	Quality Quality is the main focus in all our manufacturing processes and we aim at perfection of our garments designed and manufactured at our unit. We have a group of quality inspectors to monitor and test the quality of the procured raw material and finished apparels. We perform quality checks at every stage of manufacturing process at regular intervals to offer flawless garments. 	Warehouse & Packaging We have well equipped capacious warehouse spread over 2 acres of land that stores raw material and finished apparels. To avoid any damage to our stored products our warehouse is regularly fumigated by the staff to make it rodent and termite free. Adequate temperature is maintained at our warehouse so that the garments do not stretch, lose their shape or color. We pack our finished apparels in quality packaging material that ensures easy and safe delivery. Our garments are packed with complete precaution so that they reach the clients in appropriate form. We pack our finished products in sturdy corrugated boxes, cartons and sheets as specified by our clients. We also offer machine packaging of the finished products to fulfill our clients'' needs.


	Timely Delivery We guarantee hassle free delivery of our products within the time schedule owing to our excellent distribution network. We have tie- ups with reliable C & F agents that ensure prompt delivery of consignments at a short period of notice.
