			Sourcing, Price Negotiation, Sampling & Research We source, negotiate and do the sampling for our buyers with the help of a professional staff of Merchandisers and Quality Controllers. They always keep a close check on sampling and production, making sure that all the deliveries are made in time and in specified quantities. Production Monitoring and Inspections We consistently monitor the production process through regular inspection and regularly updating our buyers. Samples are collected at various stages in order to ensure high quality and are these samples are sent to buyers upon request. We also making final inspection at the time of shipment. The following are our quality policy: Quality Assurance Each batch of yarn is tested for evenness, barring, strength and yarn count. The fabric is checked for knitting and yarn faults. Before cutting, the dye lot is checked for shrinkage, color fastness and weight per sq. meter. Strict monitoring is done during stitching. After stitching, each garment is checked twice to ensure even minor defect. 			Laboratory We always select suppliers who have their own testing laboratory of international standards. Here, each lot of dyed fabric is checked for: Count of yarn Fiber composition Wash fastness Color fastness to rubbing Shade continuity Shrinkage Crocking Final Inspection Final inspection is done on international parameters. It is usually in-house. Our labs tests and facilities include: Visual inspections Quantity, packing and marking check Material touch and feel Color/shade check Measurement check Weight per square meter And any other required quality standard Light fastness Skewing Grammage Shade exactness PH & blend contrast levels Skew ness Azo tests And more depending on the customers requirement
