Quality Assurance
Each batch of yarn is tested for evenness, barring, strength and yarn count. The fabric is checked for knitting and yarn faults. Before cutting, the dye lot is checked for shrinkage, color fastness and weight per sq. meter. Strict monitoring is done during stitching. After stitching, each garment is checked twice to ensure even minor defect.
