Many team members and associates are Certified Lead Assessors who have been involved in developing, implementing, training and auditing organizations to numerous ISO standards including ISO 9001, ISO 14000, ISO TS 16949 etc.

Our Workforce - Team of Experts

Today customers are very quality conscious and this makes it imperative for all organizations going for the ISO / TS / EMS Certifications to select only trained and efficient consultants, who are well aware of the requirements in this field and can work as team members in the organization.

We are a team of Lead Assessors and other associates who have combined work experience of more than 200 man-years in diverse fields and have helped more than 600 organizations from manufacturing as well as service sector in above activities either individually or as a Team. Five members of the team are based at Pune and one member is presently based in Mumbai. Our associates are based at Nasik, Jalgaon, Mumbai, Baroda and other locations.

Brief introduction of Mr. Vinay Kelkar & Mr. Virendra Kelkar who are partners of Satguru Consultants is as follows:

Mr. Vinay Kelkar: He is a Mechanical Engineer with Management Qualification in business management. He is having experience of over 30 years in the field of Manufacturing, Quality control, Project Planning, Materials and Ancillary Development, Marketing with various well established companies like Bajaj Auto Ltd., TELCO Ltd., TVS Suzuki Ltd. and small scale auto ancillaries.

He is an ISO 9001 QMS Lead Assessor from World-wide Quality Management Network, London and ISO 14001 EMS Lead Assessor (IEMA) from Batalas and after working as a VP Operations & Management Representative in an ISO certified auto ancillary (where he was involved in getting the ISO certification right from selection of consultant stage to certification stage), since August 1998 he is working as consultant for QMS based at Pune / Vapi. He is a recognized trainer on various modules specially developed for improved effectiveness of personnel in manufacturing and service sector apart from modules on modern industrial techniques. He has conducted more than 250 such sessions so far covering around 3000 persons from various levels in the organizations including the operators / lay man up-to the top management. He and his team have been involved in consultancy, training, implementation and certification work for over 150 organizations from diverse fields.

Mr. Virendra Kelkar: He is a Production Engineer with Management Qualification in Marketing and additional qualification in Central Excise, Electronics and Computer Hardware. He is having experience of over 15 years in Mahindra & Mahindra & Thermax and in small scale Electronics Company in the field of Marketing / Sales and Projects.

He is an ISO 9001 QMS Lead Assessor from American Quality Assessors & ISO 27001 ISMS (Information Security Management Systems) Lead Assessors from DNV. Since October 2001, he is working as consultant for various systems. He has been involved in consultancy, training, documentation, implementation and certification work for over 130 organizations from diverse fields for variety of systems.
