We also undertake furbishing services for these sheet metal components within our manufacturing facility. 	All of our raw materials are in conformation to quality standards like stainless steel is procured as per grades like 304, 304L, 316, 316L etc. We have an in-house Quality Assurance Department that is housed with the following cutting-edge quality testing and quality control instruments : • Digital vernier caliper (0-200) • Vernier caliper (0-200 and 0-300) • Puppy dial with stand • Height gauge (0-300 mm and 0-600 mm) • Surface plate (3”x 2”, 1.5” x 1.5”) • Magnetic V-Block (6”) • Micrometer (0-25 and 25-50) • Beval Productor/combination set • Dial height gauge (0-300mm) • Digital height gauge (0-600mm) • Dial vernier caliper (0-200mm)


	Manufacturing Facilities We own a large manufacturing facility to manufacture a wide range of precision engineered pressed sheet metal components for our National and International clientèle. The installed capacity of our manufacturing plant is 350 MT per month and the total capacity we are efficient of utilizing 250 MT per month. We have four production lines within our manufacturing unit within which various automatic, semi-automatic and manual assembling operations are carried out.
