| Textile Spinning ACS 800 Spinning Control The Spinning Control Application Software is a solution for controlling spinning machines precisely and for preventing yarn breakages. The ACS 800 with its advanced Direct Torque Control TM allows maximum production and prevents yarn breakages during startup and any power losses. The spinning control application program is designed to run spinning bobbins in ring frame textile machines. To achieve the best possible form for the doff the spinning sequence should be ideal for a traverse of the yarn. Principle of the Spinning Control The software has been designed to run spinning bobbins in ring frame textile machines with the Speed Time Pattern (STP) for the driving motor. Thanks to the 12 Speed/Time or Length/Time periods and its other functions, it meets the most ring frame machines. The clear instructions make it easy to commission the spinning drive. In addition to the Speed Time Pattern (STP), two other functions can be selected: 1. Shift function adds/subtracts an offset to the speeds set for the STP, facilitating change of material. 2. Wobbulation function keeps the yarn tension below the breaking limit by changing the speed in the critic al area of doff build-up. 3. The software to generate the reference signals for the drive is in-built in the drive, hence eliminating use of external control device. | Pump Application ACS800 VFD WITH IPC (Intelligent Pump Control) SOFTWARE: We also offer installation services for pump applications. The solution provided by us in pump applications are energy efficient and also used for treating of wastewater where liquid is pumped in or out from the storage tank. When the liquid level of the tank rises the pump compensates these changes and pump more liquid out from the tank. When the level of liquid lowers the pump runs at a lower speed. Multipump control is used to operate several pumps together. Each pump is controlled by its own drive with one being adjusted and the rest run at constant speed.
