Ideal for use in areas not exposed to direct sunlight but exposed to harsh conditions like high humidity, extreme fluctuations in temperature, steam, hydrocarbon contact, and chemicals contact. EPOXY 999 two component high viscosity Epoxy Systems Specially designed to give thick highly bond strength adhesive system. It is suitable for various substrates such as concrete, metals, ceramic, granite & plastics etc., EPOXY 999 is an efficient and cost effective grouting material. We also provide various additives to this product to alter the mechanical and physical properties.

SATHYABOND SBR supplied as a Single Component high quality emulsion for adding to cement mortars where greatly improved properties are required. Ideally suited for thin layer patching mortars, Renders, Floor Screeds, Concrete Repair Mortars, Abrasion Resistant Linings, Tile Fixing Mortars and general purpose masonry mortars where high quality is required.

SATHYA BOND SBR Contains non-Toxic SBR Emulsion.

MICRO CONCRETE It is a ready to use combination of Micro fibers, Graded Special Aggregates and Quartz sand in a Polymer modified cement base ideally suitable for faster repair work of old concrete and plaster where early strength is required. High bond strength with old Concrete makes it ideally suitable for filling, pouring or repairing not easily reachable locations. Ideally suites doe Re-rehabilitation of damages Concrete like Beams, Columns, Slabs, Pavements, Trenches & Gutters etc.

SATHYABOND ACRYLIC: A Single Component Plasto-Elastic Acrylic Dispersion with excellent Ultra Violet Resistance, Crack Bridging Capability, High Chemical Resistance and high Abrasion Resistance. This Material also has a very aesthetic appeal with pure white finish.

We design state of the art polymeric cladding composites to protect the materials against Extreme Corrosion & Extreme Abrasion. Areas exposed to Extreme Galvanic Corrosion, Stress Corrosion or Impingement Attack can also be protected. Typically these formulations are based on ceramic Novalac-Phenoxy or Novalac-Vinyl Ester Systems engineered to provide excellent protection for the substrates. Process of reducing structural strength:

Un-Protected porous substrates absorb moisture and water. The absorbed water slowly dissipated into the surrounding area because of capillary action & permeation. Especially in coastal areas and areas exposed to corrosive chemicals or gases this phenomenon results in increased corrosion of the concrete and steel reinforcements. Because of the enhanced carbonation and reduced pH levels rapid deterioration of steel takes place. Steel when get corroded, increases its volume by almost double, this phenomenon apart from reducing the structural strength of the building leads to further cracks and fissures in the columns and beams accelerating the deterioration of the structures. If this problem is left unchecked will lead into drastic reduction in the life of the structures and sometimes also lead to fatal accidents.

We offer surface treatment formulations under name RUST CONVERTER, which is a one stage chemical formulation for surface preparation and passivisation of mild steel, CRCA Sheets, Cast iron and other Ferro Alloys. It is the ideal choice for Surface Preparation where Shot or Sand Blasting cannot be done. RUST CONVERTER treatment to a great extent can eliminate the need for Laborious and Costly Seven Tank Process and other Phosphating Processes. Manually cleaned surfaces invariably leaves behind a tightly adhering film of rust on the surface, this rust cannot be removed by normal methods.

Rust converter treatment is a used friendly easy to apply chemical cleaning and passivation technique incorporating the unique Poly alloy techniques. We provide state of the art formulations for cleaning Thermic Fluid Lines, We also provide special formulations for degreasing, decontaminating and for disinfecting surfaces.

Our temperature resistant coatings can be used as a finishing heat resistant paint for chimneys, stacks, boilers, pipes and furnace structures where protection to marine and industrial environment and heat resistance are required. These temperature resistant coatings are also used to coat Electrical Installation, Posts, Transformers and Panels etc.

Heat Resistant Aluminium Coating is a two component system made with special resins & aluminium pigments to withstand head up to 600’C. In addition to heat resistance the product provides excellent corrosion resistance to the coated steel structures etc .The pigment used has very good light fastness and weather resistance. These temperature resistant coatings are ideally suitable for Dry Heat Resistance like Chimney Exteriors. Oven and other hot vessels exteriors. Heat Resistance Black Coating is a two component system made with Special resins & Lamellar Graphite Pigments to withstand heat up to 600’ C. In addition to Heat Resistance the products provides excellent corrosion resistance to the coated steel structures etc. The pigment used has very good light fastness and weather resistance.

Thermal Insulation Coating (Thermoshield)

THERMOSHIELD or thermal insulation coating is a specially designed thermal Insulation roof and exterior coating for the commercial and residential buildings. Application is simple and the material can be applied rather by Spray, Brush, Roller or any other suitable techniques. This product is ideally suitable to improve the interior comfort levels and also for energy efficient operations of air cooled or air conditioned buildings like cold storage, centralized air conditioned buildings etc, This product can be also be used to advantage in insulating ducts and other pipelines carrying cold or hot materials.

THERMOSHIELD is a unique composition incorporating the Best Exterior Grade Acrylic Emulsion with Micro Hollow Spheres and other Special Lamellar Ceramic Particles. THERMOSHIELD gives unparallel thermal insulation with UV stability, resistance to adverse weather conditions& very high abrasion resistance. THERMOSHIELD works by blocking the total light wave energy spectrum with its reflective structures, if it gets dirty, the coating still maintains its ability to reflect thermal transfer due to the lamellar ceramic & Hollow Sphere composition this equates to 20-30 % reduction in summer heat entering the building.

This phenomenon exhibits itself in the form of dampness in the walls, blisters and bubbles in the interior coating. There is also invisible problem associated with water ingress into the concrete. Steel when get corroded, increases its volume by almost double, this phenomenon apart from reducing the structural strength of the building leads to further cracks and fissures in the columns and beams accelerating the deterioration of the building.

The second invisible problem is the leaching out of the soluble salts from the concrete and plaster creating further micro pores and water pathways known as Efflorescence. This phenomenon is more pronounced in Coastal areas and wherever the rainwater is acidic.

Sathyas Penetrate Sealing and Lamellar Coating Technology:
Our Techniques to solve the above maladies is a two pronged attack. First we seal all the existing pores in the Concrete, Plaster & Other Cement material to a depth of five to six millimeter with a specially formulated deep penetrating Polymeric sealant that penetrated and reacts with the lime present in the Cementious material to make a three dimensional network with in the Cementious material that totally arrests the further ingress of water.

This product is supplemented by a coating of specially designed Ultra Violet stabilized; Non-fading Lamellar Coating in any colour of your choice to give an aesthetic appeal to the surface. This technology provides 100 % Guaranteed results. Whereas the other contemporary techniques adopted provides only 50 % success rate.
