We manufacture international quality gaseous chlorinators which are mounted on a big panel board of 4' X 2' dimension.

Salient Features

  • The chlorinator has various components on its top like Chlorine flow meter, primary filter and safety gauge.
  • There is a safety loop at both ends with nuts.
  • There are plastic parts like secondary filter on top with NRV, Chlorine water mixing chamber and chlorine water solutionizer.
  • Other parts are gas bend and water bend joining three PVC chambers and a teflon pipe which connects chlorine cylinder with Chlorine flow meter.


Working Methodology

  • Chlorine in liquid form comes from a steel cylinder. It gets vaporized at normal room temperature.
  • From there it goes to primary filter on board through teflon connecting tube.
  • It arrests all cylinder impurities in gas so that they would not abstract the flow of gas through small apertures in the plant.
  • Flow meter displays chlorine's flow in gms/hour.
  • The PVC 'D' bend takes chlorine from primary filter to the secondary filter where the gas will be further screened to eliminate all impurities.
  • Water is then introduced in mixing chamber and gas coming from top gets thoroughly mixed and flows by a water bend at top into the adjoining solutionizer.
  • The solution is mixed in the solutionizer and is further passed to the sump through the PVC outlet and pipe.

The dozer has easy operation based on design of value and funnel system. Its non- corrosive feature is because of the PP value & PP funnel.
