have some auxiliary equipment, MTC, dehumidifier, etc to achieve the good quality

Our offering as Insert mouldings is one of the
critical processes carried out in our manufacturing unit. It needs good skill
to process insert moulded parts. These products require perfection in dimensions
within the given tolerance. For this we use gauges and fixture to avoid any
possibility of rejections.

We manufacture Gas Assisted Gas Handles using our
unique facility of gas injection. One of our machineries is attacked with a unit
of gas injection. Handles required for luggage companies are manufactured on
this machine. These handles are with hollows inside and give more strength and
feel.

Our company manufactures 107 different varieties
of luggage interiors. These luggage interiors are provided in different colours
and are of aesthetical importance. We have a very good infrastructure to fulfill
the requirements of aesthetical parts. Our wide range of such interiors is
extensively supplied to luggage industries across the country.

We provide luggage lock assembly of around 17 varieties
of combination. We also offer side locks for various luggage companies. These
products as lock parts are very precise and require high dimensional accuracy. Machines
like Engel, Ferromatic Milacron, etc are used to mould these parts. Our
in-house assembling unit is capable to develop full fledged assembly lines.

We also manufacture and supply Luggage trolley
parts. These trolley parts are provided in double moulding. We possess an
extensive expertise and experience in processing and providing such parts. Our
offerings in this range includes trolley handles and functional parts of
luggage trolleys.
