in the year 1993, Satish Industrial Plastic is one of the leading
manufacturer, exporter and supplier of plastic injection molded
components for industrial purposes such as automobile, electrical,
luggage and others. We manufacture and supply automobile parts, electrical parts, etc, of supreme quality. We hold the legal status of Private Limited
Company and our export status is as an Export House.
Under
the able and efficient guidance of our mentor Mr. Shrikant Navandar,
we have achieved tremendous growth steadily during our existence of
15 years. We also count on our efficient team effort, modest
investment and full dedication for our recognition and repute earned
among our esteemed client base. Our company being qualified as ISO-TS
16949- 2002 certified company, is an evident support towards our
assurance of providing best-in-class quality products to our clients
across the country.
Quality Assurance
Our company takes utmost care in order to match
its motto “Quality Our Aim”. This determination has led us being ISO/TS
16949:2002 certified. We possess a separate quality control unit managed by a
team of quality experts who are exclusively dedicated to maintain highest
standards and quality of all products manufactured by us. The Quality control department
has established stringent quality assurance systems to maintain the specific
standard of quality while adhering to the required specifications of the customers.
Stringent quality checks are done at every stages right from procurement of raw
material to the dispatch of consignments. Our quality experts have immense
knowledge of SPC, machine capability studies and MSA system in accordance with
ISO-TS 16949- 2002. Our various quality control equipments include quality
checking instruments, gauges, fixtures and other testing facilities.
Future Endeavors
We are planning to add some space & equipment for enhancing our infrastructure to increase our production capacity and enriching our overall infrastructural framework. Here is the list of auxiliary equipments we are planning to add in coming days:

Customization
We provide customized solutions for our plastic injection
moulded products and its sub assemblies. We take specified requirements from
our clients in this regard and carry out designing and production works with
our facilities installed in our manufacturing unit. We have CAD/CAM facilities
to take assistance with for this purpose.
We also offer customized packaging for the consignments to
be delivered to our clients. Fine quality of packaging materials are used for
packing of our products ensuring safe and secure delivery at clients’ premises.
