Keeping in mind the variegated use of the products, the hardness of the surface is maintained at 58-60 hrc after heat treatment while the hardness for the depth is 38-45 hrc. Owing to the usage of deeply plated with hard chrome (0. 03 – 0. 05) with vickers hardness > 800-100 and melting point > 1800, the Rocker Arms are resitant to corrosion and abrasion. We use proper induction hardening in crucial parts such as shaft hole, screw hole and tip, which helps in increasing durability of the products.
