Customer's anxiety is ours, especially in the trying situation, 'Saurabh' is committed to unfailing After Sales support System, at all levels. 'Saurabh's Machines are supplied with easy to understand User manual along with service Kit. All the details of the Machines and its functioning are provided. This includes introduction to Machine parts and also a list of usual trouble shooting problems identified as such by Service Engineers. The manual is having tips to keep the machines in sound state of repairs and also a list of do's and don'ts.
At times, due to wear and tear or due to improper handling, machines are susceptible to breakdown. In such event 'Saurabh' provides diagnostic & repair support and solutions, at all levels. If the problem is apparently small, support is given on telephone. Even otherwise, the Machines are PLC based and give fair idea on the display screen as to what's gone wrong. This solves the problem immediately. Customer merrily, goes back to production without wasting time. In course of time customer always learns more about the machine. If the problem cannot be solved, 'Saurabh' will rush at your end with expert Service Engineers having field experience and spare parts, to solve the breakdown. It has been an experience of several customers that such an occasion, is positively a training session for customer and its staff to know more and understand better, the soul of the machine and operate the same in future with more efficiency and greater output.
