About UsWe enjoy manufacturing emulsifiers and that's why we've been doing it for the past 15 years, first in North India and now in Goa.
We kicked-off in 1995, initially with an overseas technical collaboration for eight wonderful years. A few basic emulsifiers wasn't enough to keep the never-ending curiosity of our Chairman, Mr. Ravi Bajaj, at bay, so we added a few, and then a few more. We then decided to specialize in a few, and our customers know that we produce India's best E 475, E 476, E 481 and E 482. Our Sorbitan Esters are pretty good too, and the E 472(a-e) range. We added bread improvers, ice cream mixes, cake improvers/gels and now a range of Cake Premixes. We are traditionally flour millers (four generations so far) so that helps in making top quality premixes.
Our move to Goa has been fantastic- excellent weather, coconut trees, clean air and lots of greenery. The river views from the factory are great but it is the well educated and professional staff we have that has made the move that much more enriching. Goans may be called laid-back but our staff are anything but. They keep us on our toes, often on weekends. If you like the environment you are in and the people around you, you do good work and we think we do.
We care about the products we make, the machinery that makes them, and the packaging that takes our products to our customers.
