About Us
We - Savla Polycott Private Limited are one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of a wide range of quality SHIRTING fabrics. Our range of products includes polyester fabric, polyester cotton fabric, 100% cotton fabric, polyester viscose, embroidery fabric, brasso fabrics, sifle embroidery fabric and garment based fabrics. We were established in the year 2001 by professionals having more than 25 years of experience in quality production and marketing in textile industry.

Within a short span of time, we have created a benchmark in fabric manufacturing industry. Establishing milestones in our industry sector, we have achieved an annual turnover of 3 million USD and production capacity of approx 1 million meters per month. Our range of unique and abstract designed fabrics are provided in vibrant designs and colours. In addition, our superb quality polyester, polyester-cotton and cotton fabrics are provided in other specifications such as printed, non-printed and embroidered form. We also meet customized needs of our clients.

We manufacture our exquisite collection of fabrics as per the prevailing market trends, which caters to the varied requirements of GARMENT MANUFACTURERS, RETAILERS, EXPORTERS, BUYING HOUSES, STORE LINE AND OTHER WHOLESALERS.

Our Quality Assurance System
Giving paramount importance to quality, we ensure that our product's quality meets the prevailing industry and market standards. There are 3 LEVELS of checking for quality at various manufacturing stages. For effective quality control, we have an integrated quality control department, which is provided with requisite facilities.

Our team of dedicated quality control experts assists us in conducting stringent quality checks at various production stages. Our quality control unit ensures that the various involved processes meet the laid down guidelines. The quality control is followed right from the raw materials procurement till the dispatch of the consignment.


Production Facilities
We have a well-developed infrastructure facility that assists us to meet the entire production targets and varied needs of our clients successfully. Our manufacturing unit is located in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra, India where two production plants are working. The sales office is situated in Mumbai.

The production section is comprising of advanced technologies based on modern production machines. We have facilities that aid us in carrying out various fabrication processes smoothly. These facilities are:

• Designing Software – TEXO
• AUTO LOOMS including SULZER, RAPIER & CONVENTIONAL LOOMS
• Other allied equipments.


Warehousing
We have a spacious and well-equipped warehousing facilities. Our well-managed storage system ensures proper accumulation of various polyester, polyester-cotton and cotton fabrics in a segregated way. We have an excellent warehouse management system that assists us in taking care of better materials storage as well as movement control.


Packaging & Transportation
There is a possibility for some garment and textile fabrics, that we offer, to develop spoilage or damage during rugged transportation. Hence, we take extra care while packing our range of cotton, polyester-cotton and polyester fabrics for delivery. We make use of good quality packaging materials such as PP & HDPE bags, BOPP films, etc. as per the requirements of the consignment. The entire packaging is done by a team of experienced experts using requisite packaging machines.

For timely delivery of goods & consignments, we outsource transportation facilities. For supplying the goods all across the country, we duly undertake the fastest and the most effective transportation methods. We have good relations with the leading Clearing & Forwarding agencies, which ensure the timely and safe delivery of products.
