With the support of our indigenous research & development, we offer 3 Layer Technologies first time in world with following benefits:

(i) Outer Most Layer (UV Stabilizer Layer):

Light and oxygen degradation reactants present in plastic may not only harm them visually but also have a detrimental influence on physical and mechanical properties. It thus reduces the life of plastic product drastically. Moreover, the environmental factors like temperature, humidity and pressure accelerates the activity of the reactants present in plastic. Hence, we stabilize the polymers from UV (Ultra Violet Rays from sun) to protect it.

Advantages of the UV stabilization include:

• UV Stabilizers contains various chemical properties, which gives the protection against UV light by various chemical mechanisms
• Colors like Black, Green already have good resistance to UV rays, but addition of UV stabilizers further enhance the life and thermal stability of product
• It helps to maintain the properties of polymers
• UV stabilizers impart long term durability and enhance life of the product 

(ii) Middle Layer (Plain Black Color Layer):

We provide additional protection to PPR pipes from Ultra Violet rays by adding of black color to it. Black color is characterized with providing natural resistance to UV radiation to a product which is painted black.

(iii) Inner Most Layer (Anti Microbial PP-R Layer):

Anti- Microbial additives prevent the growth of bacteria, algae and other microbes increasing the working life of the pipes. It preserves the pipes from their damaging effects. These additives are very low in migrating making it last for the entire life of product. This Anti Microbial Layer remains stabilized upto 250°C temperature.

 Benefits of the Anti Microbial PP-R Layer include:

• Anti Microbial Layer is highly food grade
• Prevent bad odor
• Water storability increases tremendously i.e. even for the water lying stagnant in the pipe. It remains hygienic without any bacterial formation for a long period of time

Installation of the SFMC pipes is not a complicated task. Our export quality pipes require less time and skills for installing the pipes. Below listed points are related to the installation of products:
 

• SFMC Polypropylene Random Copolymer pipes are installed in same way as metal pipes. The only different point is that expansion characteristics of this material must be taken into consideration in the design and calculations
• PP-R pipes can be installed on or in the walls. The unit weight of these pipes and fittings are 17 times smaller than metal pipes. Installation of PP-R pipes is more practical, easier, quicker, cleaner, and cheaper
• If these pipes are laid in open area, then in the project designing stage, axial motion compensation must be calculated and considered
• In case the direction of expansion can not be directed into one way then free bending pieces or pieces with shape must be used. In the sleeve joint points plastic units must be used in order not to make any damage on pipe surface
