• Load wheels: Machined from alloy steel and case hardened
• Guide wheels: Machined or deep drawn depending on the load
• Cruciform: Precision die cut and formed from deep draw steel
• Load axle & Guide Axle: Precision machined from steel
• Load Links & Guide Links: Pitch -6”, 8”, 10”, 12”, 14” Precision die cut from alloy steel & tested for breaking load. Thickness may vary from 3 to 5 mm as per design requirement.
• Tracks: Formed form 3mm thick CR steel.
• Track Brackets: Die cut from 3 or 4mm IS2062. Spacing depends on design load.

Our company is engaged in manufacturing slat conveyors (Model SL). These heavy duty slat conveyors provide lasting, dependable performance. Our salt conveyors are used to convey hot, oily parts or items through heat drying processes and can be used for assembly line and production operations.

• Belt–Formed steel slat, 5-3/4 in. x 1-1/2 in. x 7 ga. channel.
• Bearings–Sealed, pre-lubricated, self-aligning, ball bearings at drive and tail sprockets.
• Chain–6 in. pitch bushed roller steel chain with 2 in. dia. high capacity ball bearing.
• Speed Reduction–Heavy-duty sealed worm gear C-Face speed reducer. No. 100 roller chain to drive sprocket. Equipped with shear pin hub.
• Bed–17 in. deep x 10 ga. formed steel channel powder coated. Standard 5 ft. and 10 ft. long sections bolt together with butt couplings.
• Motor–2 HP–3 Ph. Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled C-Face.
• Drive Sprockets–12 in. pitch dia. with 2-15/16 in. dia. shaft.
• Electrical Controls–Not furnished as standard equipment.
• Floor Supports–Formed steel channel fixed at 25 in. from floor to top of slat. One support at every bed joint. Holes in feet for lagging to floor.
• Conveying Speed–Constant 30 FPM.
• Capacity–Maximum load per linear foot of conveyor 850 Kg. Not to exceed capacity in chart.
• Take-Up–Take-ups provided at tail sprockets. Provides 15-1/2 in. of chain take-up.
